Bittersweet provides a premium cocktail catering service, suitable for any party or event you want to organize. We use fresh fruits, premium liquors, and local herbs from Phu Quoc to create cocktail parties that are truly your own.
In addition, we connect with the world of gastronomy by combining cocktails with dinner. We seek out deep culinary styles, from street food to fine dining, to tell interesting stories for customers, bringing new and exciting experiences.
BARTENDING CLASS
Bringing professional bartending skills, blending bittersweet flavors, and showcasing local ingredients, we offer tourists a taste of Vietnamese cocktail culture. Our courses introduce Vietnamese traditions through mixology, enabling participants to bring the local culture home by becoming a one-day bartender.
